How does the fluoresent starter work?

Fluorescent starter for a variety of fluorescent lamps. Its usefulness is to help light up. Here is the fluorescent lamp voltage is applied after what happened:
1) Fluorescent starter (that is a timed switch) allows current through the end of the filament lamp.
2)The current causes the starter contacts heated and open, thus interrupting current flow. Lamp light.
3) Because glowing fluorescent tubes resistance is very low, so now the use of ballast as a current limiter.

When you open a fluorescent lamp, the starter is a closed switch. The end of the lamp filament heated by the current in the electron cloud generated inside the tube. Fluorescent starter is a delay switch, it will be disconnected after twelve seconds. When it is turned off, the voltage across the lamp so that the flow of electrons through the lamp, and ionized mercury vapor.
No fluorescent starters, between two filaments will not form a stable flow of electrons, the light will flash. No ballast, the filament is formed between the short arc, which contains a large current. Current causes the filament evaporation or cause the lamp to explode.
