Light source in two models:
1: A solid-state light source: our common incandescent lamp is a typical representative, LED is also a solid state light source.
2; Gas light sources: In addition to the above two other light sources are gas discharge lamp. Gas discharge lamp is the main products currently on the market.
Gas discharge lamps in common is the envelope into the gas ionized gas through the electrode to stimulate visible.
The xenon lamp is a gas discharge lamp, but in order to ensure specific properties (such as lifetime, start, speed, etc.) added in the production process of the different inert gases.
Gas discharge lamp common fluorescent lamps (CFLs and tubes), high-pressure mercury lamp, high pressure sodium lamps, metal halide lamps.
As for the stage lights, car lights ... not the light source classification. Only based on existing specifications, some products have been used in a field. But the technology itself, and there is no essential difference.
